Great price for a ball that performs

I am one of the players who had issues with the previous MTB Prime and Prime X's cover tearing and shearing from wedge play. I'm a high speed player and those durability issues were immediately evident. Those problems are in the past! This new ball is incredibly durable. I have tried my hardest to test the cover with full shots over an entire 18 hole round and it has held up great. The only mark my wedges make is taking a small amount of paint off the cover on full shots, but the urethane underneath is totally unscathed. I'm really glad Dean and his team have made this comeback. The golf ball industry is much better when Snell Golf is rolling out quality balls. I'm looking forward to seeing the 3.0 and 4.0's numbers up against the competition.

I started playing Snell golf balls when they first came on the market. I’ve always liked the golf ball, but now their new prime 4.0 golf ball is top of the shelf. It’s up there with the best. This golf ball is not for everybody. as indicated on the box but if you wanna golf ball 85 to 90 compression and you have the clubhouse speed this ball is for you , the Snell team under the leadership of Dean Snell are doing something special for the golf world
